We are excited to be able, finally, to send a brand new top class WWRY company out on tour around the UK. We are completely hands on, and will be visiting Bristol! The Mother Ship, in the Dominion Theatre, London, will be rockin' on all the while, keeping the home fires burning, until further notice!

Brilliant news once again for the theatre and city. We Will Rock You has been a phenomenal success in London and seen by over 6 million people worldwide. We have no doubt whatsoever that the show will be a sell out success story for The Bristol Hippodrome. This is one of the shows that the people of Bristol have been asking for to land on their doorstep and we are only to happy to oblige! We're delighted to be working once more with the Evening Post. Their readers, along with LiveCard holders and Group Bookers will be able to buy tickets from September 1 with general on sale starting on September 15. This will be the HOT ticket for 2009 and I would urge people to snap up seats sooner rather than later once on sale, in order to avoid disappointment.
Gary Roden,
Bristol Hippodrome General Manager
We Will Rock You goes on sale to Evening Post readers/Groups 10+/LiveCard holders on Monday September 1 - look out for your special tokens from August 29.
Tickets are now on general sale.
The show runs in 2009 from Wednesday September 16 to Saturday October 31.
Evening performances at 7.30pm. Matinees on Wednesday and Saturday at 2.30 pm except September 16, 2009.
We Will Rock You is constantly developing. When it comes to Bristol it will probably be better than anything we have done, with new jokes and all the wisdom we have learned from around the world.
So far we have never failed to get a stnading ovation, so we hope Bristol likes it. I promise we will bring a show that will blow the audience's socks off.
We Will Rock You isn't just a title - it's a promise.

We Will Rock You comes to Bristol in 2009 with the show's first UK Tour. The city is one of five venues nationwide to host the musical scripted by Ben Elton and featuring 24 of Queen's hits.
It is set 300 years in the future, on a place once called Earth. Globalisation is complete. Everyone watches the same movies, wears the same clothes and thinks the same thoughts. A safe, happy Ga Ga world. The Company Computers generate the music and the kids download it. All musical instruments are banned. But resistance is growing. A hero is needed. Is the one who calls himself Galileo that man, and can he help them Break Free?
The UK tour opens in Manchester in March before moving to Sunderland, Birmingham, Bristol and Edinburgh. It runs at the Bristol Hippodrome from September 16 to October 31, 2009.
Look out for tokens in your Evening Post from August 29 as you will be able to be among the first to be able to buy tickets. Tickets do not go on general sale until September 15.
