Building only at carefully selected sites in Cornwall, the company’s new houses are skilfully and solidly built in traditional style with natural materials sourced locally where possible. Careful attention is paid to architectural detail and the design and selection of kitchens and sanitary ware.

Setting and maintaining high standards has earned Rosemullion Homes a number of national housing awards for architectural design, layout, construction, marketing and client care. Site Managers have won several NHBC awards and the company won a silver award in the ‘Best Small Housebuilder’ category of the What House? Awards 2001.  However, the company’s directors believe that the most important testimonials are the frequently received letters of commendation from new home owners.
