Investment in a financially viable, well structured, focused and results orientated training programme should realise benefits within individual employees' personal development as well as company wide success.

When you come to the final stage of completing your on-line entry you will be asked to enter the number of employees including contractors.

What the judges are looking for

Pursuit are seeking organizations that can demonstrate clearly identifiable, goal-orientated training objectives, and who can clearly explain how these have been implemented in an innovative way.

We will be seeking evidence of the ongoing evaluation of the success of the training programme. Entrants should demonstrate how training is targeted for individuals of different professional experience as well as across a variety of roles to achieve company wide goals and objectives.

Please write your overall description in no more than 500 words (fewer are perfectly acceptable) and then separately answer the questions below. If you want to attach supporting materials such as photos, leaflets, testimonials, etc. please do so.
