How to Enter

Entering the Essex Business Awards is simplicity itself. You can register and enter on-line or by post. If you would like an Entry Brochure click here.

Having decided which category or categories you plan to enter – see List of Categories – click here to download a copy of the combined Registration and Entry Form and submit it direct from this web site. You will need to complete a Registration and Entry Form for each category you plan to enter.

Then, depending upon whether you want to submit an entry on-line or by post, click on On-line Entry or Postal Entry and follow the instructions.

In summary, all you need to do is:

  • Write in no more than 500 words why you believe you should be recognised for an award in the category of your choice (do not feel compelled to write 500 words, fewer are perfectly acceptable.)
  • Answer the maximum five specific questions set by the judges for each category.

If you want to you can also attach photos, pamphlets, testimonials, supporting documents, etc to your entry – there is provision for up to six attachments if you are entering on-line.

Your entry needs to be received by no later Friday May 30th but please don't delay. Just by submitting an entry in March or April could get you a quarter page feature with photo in the newspapers in April or May completely free of charge.

You will be sent e-mail confirmation as each Registration and Entry is received regardless of whether you are entering on-line or by post.
