The CategoryEmployees are a primary asset of any organisation, whose activities and abilities can significantly enhance or impact upon business productivity and success. Investment in a financially viable, well structured, focused and results orientated training programme should show benefits to individual employees' personal development as well as contributing to company wide success. Please enter the number of employees including contractors on the Entry Form. The judges will place your company in the small/medium or large division of the category as appropriate. What the judges are looking forWest Kent College are seeking organisations that can demonstrate clearly identifiable, goal-orientated training schemes for their employees, and who can clearly explain how these have been implemented in an innovative way. We will be seeking evidence of the ongoing evaluation of the success of the training programmes. Entrants should demonstrate how decisions about training for individual staff members are taken to achieve company wide goals and objectives. Please write your overall description in no more than 500 words (fewer are perfectly acceptable) and then separately answer the questions below. About the judgesWest Kent College was recently rated within the top 10 performing Colleges in the LSC SE region. The College currently delivers training to businesses in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, London and Manchester. It is an active member of partnerships serving the business community that includes 4 local Borough Councils, KCC, 4 Local Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Kent Association of Colleges, the West Kent Learning Federation and the Association of Training Providers.
