  2. Identify special circumstances or attributes that you have such as overcoming adversity.
  3. Describe an example of where you have personally increased business productivity.
  4. How have you expanded your company's brand or product range?
  5. Give examples of innovative or creative ideas that have had an impact on your business.

About the judges

Tracy Ewen is Managing Director of the IGF Group of Companies. Tracy joined IGF Invoice Finance Ltd as Operations Director in 2006 from Bibby Factors Sussex, where she held the position of Managing Director, leading a team of 49 people. In less than a year after joining IGF Invoice Finance Ltd, Tracy was appointed Managing Director for the IGF Group of Companies.

Prior to her time at Bibby, Tracy spent eleven years at GMAC Commercial Credit Ltd. After rising to the position of Vice President Credit at GMAC Tracy joined Bibby Factors Sussex as Operations Director back in 2001. She has over 18 year's industry experience.

IGF is an independently managed commercial finance company specialising in the small and medium sized business market, particularly companies from new start up to £10 million turnover per annum.

Established in 1997, IGF provides working capital funding, sales ledger management facilities, credit control services, bad debt protection, direct debit facilities, debt recovery services, payroll facilities and commercial finance for companies nationwide.
