AnsaCom was launched in 2000 and now has 160 clients ranging from sole traders to large corporations. Ansacom provides a bespoke answering service, which includes general switchboard duties, right through to a full PA service. Articulate fully trained receptionists answer calls in the client's name, take accurate detailed messages and forward them to the client by email, fax, SMS or, if requested by the client, they will put callers directly through.
