BODY Control Pilates is a very effective exercise technique suitable for men and women of all ages. The whole body receives an effective and safe workout with particular emphasis on ‘core’ stability muscles — the abs and pelvic floor — while also concentrating on the relationship between the pelvis and spine. Your instructor Sally is trained by the Body Control Pilates Association. She continually upgrades her qualifications and she has recently passed their Advanced Matwork Master Teacher Certification. This demonstrates her full knowledge of Pilates matwork right from the beginners work through to advanced.
