Choose your form of exercise

AT FIT and Healthy we have two forms of exercise. One is the Shapemaster Toning Tables, which work through repetitive isokinetic exercises to isolated muscle groups.

These gently tone and firm the figure into shape and help to trim away inches. The tables enhance mobility and flexibility and improve blood and lymphatic circulation. While the tables are contouring your new figure, the relaxing movement alleviates tension, stress and generates a feeling of well being.

 

We also have a vibration training machine called the Body Action, it is a non-strenuous, low impact method of exercise that takes only 10 minutes, yet achieves great results.

Studies have shown that 10 minutes working out is equivalent to an hour with normal weight training. Both give great results in inch loss and help to release the feel good factor.

 

The main shop area is well stocked with many well known brands of organic and speciality foods, vitamins, herbs and supplements, such as Biohealth, Biocare, Quest and Higher Nature to name just a few well known brands of supplements

 

We have a variety of low fat snacks, wheat, dairy and gluten free products.

 

Along side the supplements, we stock a good supply of natural body, hair and face products. Like Avalon, faith in nature and Q10 to name just a few. We also stock Herbatint the no ammonia hair colouring.
