Andy was proud to reach the finals in the hugely popular category and invited to display and promote his company in an exhibition at the new South Devon College followed by a champagne reception and awards ceremony presented by Susan Osman from BBC News 24. Andy said: “I was overwhelmed to be awarded first place in my category, especially as I was competing alongside, among others, a business which produces products in excess of the million pound price tag. “It was a great honour and fantastic achievement to be recognised as the Best New Business and true recognition to my team for the 24-hour 365-day-a-year service we provide.” In November, Shout for an Electrician took on new premises to help with the growing demands of the company, based in Torquay, opposite Staples and MFI. In January, Shout for a Plumber was introduced. The plumbing division offers a full range of plumbing and gas heating services within the private and public sector, covering domestic natural gas.
