ASDA Newton Abbot have launched two new services in the last six months thanks to valued customer feedback.

The first, its pharmacy is able to offer advice, prescriptions and other services from 7am until 11pm Monday to Friday, 7am until 10pm Saturday, and 10am until 4pm on Sunday.

The pharmacy’s well trained team of colleagues is able to provide medical usage reports, blood pressure and glucose checks and process your BMI (Body Mass Index).

For those customers who need regular prescriptions, a repeat prescription service has already proved very successful while other customers have made use of the stop smoking scheme.

 

The store has also seen the successful launch of Home Shopping, a web-based service where you can order your groceries to your door from the comfort of your own home.

The store runs a three-van operation delivering to approximately 480 customers a week covering parts of Exeter, Torbay and Teignbridge.

The introduction of both of these departments also enabled the store to recruit more colleagues.
