Quicker workout

AT Fit and Healthy we have two forms of exercise — the shapemaster toning tables, and the 10 minute body action which is equivalent to a one hour workout at the gym.

Spray tanning is now also available, and we use the Sienna X which gives great results, so if you have a special occasion such as a wedding or party, or just want to look naturally tanned then call in.
