Mini village is simply enchanting

BRING back those magical childhood memories as you explore a quaint and quirky representation of England through four decades at Babbacombe Model Village. Meander your way through four acres of beautiful miniature gardens and discover many fun characters and animated features — from trains to moving vehicles and even a fire-breathing dragon.

The newest attraction — a Multi-Sensory 4D theatre shows spectacular 3D films such as ‘A Turtle’s Adventure’, a magical undersea journey with amazing special effects. Experience the lifecycle of a turtle as it hatches from its egg and embarks on an action packed adventure under the sea. The effects will totally immerse you — get set to feel the waves and encounter creatures of the deep.

The gardens make Babbacombe Model Village special, they are one of the main features that sets this model village apart from others and provide a stunning backdrop for the hundreds of models and animated scenes.

During the summer the village is also open late into the evening for ‘summer lights’. Thousands of tiny lights transform the park into an enchanting wonderland, illuminating the street scenes and allowing the visitors to peep inside the tiny houses. Even the miniature cars have headlights! Mondays to Thursdays in July, every day in August.
