Riviera Cake Craft in Torbay aims to provide the finishing touches to your dream wedding.

It is run by Jacqui Wilbraham, who on completion of her NVQ3 in patisserie and confectionery then went on to train in the latest techniques with the Belgium chocolate company Callebaut and Eddie Spence, MBE, baker and decorator of HM the Queen’s golden wedding cake. She will incorporate your own ideas into traditional, contemporary or themed cakes for all occasions.
